Scribe Transcription Utility

    The ALLSCR.ZIP file contains demonstration and evaluation programs
    for Scribe, the essential transcription utility for digitized
    response files.
    Scribe gives you single keystroke playback, pause, rewind and fast
    forward capability. Scribe runs in the background with your current
    word processor or database entry tools.


To Unpack:
    
    1)  Change to the top level directory of your hard disk or floppy:
        CD A:\
    2)  Unzip the file ALLSCR.ZIP:
        PKUNZIP ALLSCR
        Password encrypted files will require an additional parameter:
        -sXXXX, where XXXX is a password provided by VISI.
    3)  Install using the program provided:
        INSTALL
