    for TI/F DLL, the Microsoft Windows Voice Mail Driver.

    The Telephone Interface Dynamic Link Library (TI/F DLL) provides a
    Microsoft Windows compatible interface to the Dialogic Multi-Line
    Voice Communication hardware. The TI/F DLL runs under all windows
    operating modes. The TI/F DLL changes just a few of the standard
    Dialogic interface functions, thus maintaining maximum compatibility
    with existing application designs.
