Dialogic Native Drivers

The following sections explain how to configure your Dialogic Board for use with the Multimedia Wave Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) drivers.

Although every effort has been made to insure that this information is accurate and complete, the official source for Dialogic Driver installation, is of course, the Dialogic Corporation. Please contact them if you have additional questions regarding this procedure.

Step 1: TAPI Driver Installation

First, make sure that the TAPI drivers were installed during the Dialogic board setup. If they were not, you can install them under the "Custom" installation option of the Dialogic Installation Program.

This installs the Dialogic Native Mode drivers that allow the hardware to communicate with the Windows Multimedia System.
